Deputy General Manager – RAIL EQUIPMENT SUPPLIER:
My client is a world leader in Railway industry.
They are looking for a key member to join their Board, as Deputy General Manager based in the head office in Paris. They require an operational leader to oversee the technical, quality, manufacturing, supply chain, purchasing, project management and aftersales functions.
The role reports directly into the CEO and will oversee the day to day running of the operations function and effectively be the number two in the business.
Deputy General Manager – RAIL EQUIPMENT SUPPLIER:
Candidate:
- Proven experience as an Operational leader.
- Proven experience and thorough knowledge of the Railway Industry, ideally Rail maintenance.
- You will need to be an engineering professional who is technically strong with an understanding of the Railway maintenance industry.
- You will need to have solid industrial experience, particularly in performance improvement, standard and project production.
- Personal qualities must be dynamic, result oriented & driven with a diplomatic/coaching managerial style, with clear and concise communication skills.
- Ability to work in an International Group with global responsibilities.
- You will need to be based in Paris.
- Bi-Lingual in French & English.
