Salary: €70,000 - €80,000 Basic plus Annual OTE & Bonus
ROLE – Service Manager – Power Generation - Generators:
My client is a leading manufacturer of Power Solutions. They are looking for an experienced Service Country Manager to establish and manage a Service function for Germany.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the creation, implementation & supervision of a Service function for Germany.
- Manage Service teams and partners to achieve operational and business objectives.
- Ensure service effectiveness through recruitment, training, coaching, and team development.
- Represent the company in front of clients and manage major service projects and critical troubleshooting issues.
Requirements - Service Manager – Power Generation - Generators:
- Significant experience in a service role with a strong technical background, ideally in a rotating machinery type business – generators, pumps or compressors etc.
- Fluency in Germany & Proficiency in English (B1 level) and a high level of teamwork and leadership skills.
- A university degree in Mechanical Engineering or Business Administration is preferred.
