Job Title - Account/ Business Development Executive

Location - London (Office Based)

Salary - £30-35k basic + OTE and benefits

A unique application and technology platform, we have an exciting opportunity for a Client/Account Manager to continue their career within our rapidly expanding organisation. This role is suited to enthusiastic individuals with excellent communication skills and a strong customer service focus. You'll be passionate about providing a first-class experience for clients and pride yourself in being a real ambassador for the brand, whilst we continue expanding in the UK as well as into Germany, France, South Africa, Australia and beyond. We are building the transport networks ready for autonomous vehicles and point to point mobility as a service. This is an amazing opportunity to be part of a global company at the centre of the transport revolution!

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years technical telephone support experience

Role Outline:

  • Proactively contacting existing users from a database via the telephone & email
  • Advising users on how to maximise the use our platform
  • Growing existing accounts
  • Identifying new opportunities
  • Arranging & providing online demonstrations to demonstrate how the platform works
  • Working with users to drive engagement
  • Ensuring CRM system is kept up to date
  • Providing ongoing support to users
  • Visiting clients at their workplace to provide advice and support

Essential Criteria:

  • Technical telephone support experience essential
  • Customer service experience essential
  • Must speak fluent English
  • Must have excellent computer literacy
  • Must have proven ability to build relationships through excellent communication skills
  • Must be a team player that can adapt to a fast-paced and changing environment
  • Must be able to work on own initiative
  • Must have proven ability to work to targets & deadlines
