Area Sales Executive – Heating & Plumbing Products

Location – London

Salary – Basic salary DOE plus car allowance and bonus scheme


Our client is a leading global supplier of polymer-based products & systems to the automotive, construction & industrial market sectors.

They currently have an opportunity for an experienced heating & plumbing product salesperson covering their London patch, selling heating & plumbing products into the construction market, dealing with contractors and installers, as well as selling via wholesalers.

As an Area Sales Executive, your main responsibilities will include:

  • A mixture of developing new business opportunities with new clients, as well as managing & developing a portfolio of existing accounts in the London region.
  • Working towards set sales & profitability targets for your area, as well as increasing brand & product awareness within the construction market.
  • This is a field sales role, so you will be expected to have your diary booked up for meetings with contractors, installers and wholesalers across the London region.


The Candidate – Area Sales Executive – Heating & Plumbing Products:

The successful applicant for this opportunity will need to demonstrate the following:

  • Proven sales record in the heating & plumbing products sector.
  • Experience of selling to construction contractors and installers, as well as through heating & plumbing product wholesalers.
  • An excellent relationship builder & developer, experienced in both new business development and account management & development.
  • An excellent communication, confident at presenting to all levels.
  • Very well organised with a structured approach to work.
  • This is a field sales role, so you will need to hold a full driving licence.
  • Enthusiasm and a desire to develop a career in sales.
