Area Sales Manager - Formwork Hire

Location - North West England (this is a home-based field sales role)

Salary - £30,000 to £35,000 basic salary plus uncapped commission, company vehicle, phone, laptop and pension

Our client is one of the UK's fastest growing formwork providers, supplying full-service design and supply of formwork equipment, including circular, wall & climbing formwork.

As a result of their continued growth, they have an urgent requirement for an area salesperson to cover the North West region, with the main focus being new business development for the rental of formwork products and associated services.

The Role - Area Sales Manager - Formwork Hire:

Reporting directly into the Managing Director / Company Owner, the purpose of the role is to deliver & exceed your territory revenue targets, through managing your activity effectively & productively.

You will be expected to generate new business revenue with both existing & new customers for all company formwork hire products & services.

You will be responsible for implementing a territory sales & marketing strategy, which focuses on increased customer penetration in order that the trading customer base is maximised across the sales territory, whilst ensuring that all agreed customer service levels and performance standards are maintained or exceed at all times.

The Candidate - Area Sales Manager - Formwork Hire:

The ideal applicant will need to demonstrate the following to be a success in the role:

  • An excellent knowledge of formwork products
  • Proven sales experience and new business winner
  • Used to working in a target driven environment
  • Excellent time management and communication skills
  • Good at building long lasting client relationships
  • Full driving licence and must be based on patch in the North West of England
