Generate and increase profitable sales from existing accounts whilst also developing and increasing a network of new accounts for Louvres, window vents and ventilation products through specification, fabrication and installation companies
- Maximise turnover and profit through pro-active specification and best for purpose solutions, exceeding budgeted targets through increasing sales in specified territory
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers, through market leading customer service, keeping them up to date with new innovations and developments whilst responding to their business needs efficiently and effectively ensuring the company are their chosen partner for all possible products/solutions
- Focus on new profitable business whilst nurturing existing clients to spend more and or take on more product ranges.
- Have the ability to sell on brand not price, promoting features and benefits in concise and effective manners.
- Efficiently manage time and plan work to ensure logical and cost-effective use of time / journeys keeping administration time to a minimum by using all tools and support network available.
- Reports to U.K Sales Director
- Location Field based
- Strong business development / Specification sales experience, within a relevant field preferable.
- Ability to understand and promote technical bespoke solutions.
- Proven sales record with strong hunter instinct with the confidence and skill to efficiently close the deal.
- Strong long-term relationship and network building skills.
- Excellent ability to manage time and plan work/journey’s to ensure optimum effectiveness.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel).
- Strong presentation skills with ability to adapt to level of pitch
- Knowledge of Louvre, curtain walling, aluminium systems, aluminium fabrication is desired but not essential
