Role: Branch Manager

Location: West Lothian

Salary: £35,000 - £42,000 Basic, 50% quarterly bonus, pension + 4 Wheel Drive Pickup

My client is a leading UK Tool Hire business, with a nationwide branch network. A decision has been made to recruit a Branch Manager to run one of their busiest branches in West Lothian.

This is an exciting and challenging role, with the opportunity to take control and responsibility for a profitable branch. The role will have the responsibility to run the branch operationally day to day, with full control of staff management, profit and loss, transport, service, hire desk and asset management of the kit. The role reports into a Regional Director.

Ideally, you will be someone who has exceptional knowledge of the Tool Hire sector and be familiar with the customer base in the West Lothian region.

You must be able to lead and mentor your staff of 13 and be able to handle the profit and loss of the branch, as making sure the branch hits profit is ultimately your responsibility.

You must be driven, determined and organised and be able to lead from the front.

You must be based in a commutable distance to the branch in West Lothian.

If you would like to be considered for this position, please forward your current CV with a covering letter at your earliest convenience, stating your suitability for the role.
