Role: BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER – KITCHEN, BATHROOM & BEDROOM FURNITURE
Location: Home Based – Covering South East
Salary: £40,000 – £55,000 Basic, £18,000 bonus per year, pension, phone, healthcare + CAR or Car Allowance (£450 per month)
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER – KITCHEN, BATHROOM & BEDROOM FURNITURE:
My client is a profitable business specialising in bespoke KBB furniture. A decision has been made to create a role for a Business Development Manager to cover the South East region to generate new business and manage existing customer accounts.
This is an exciting and challenging role, with the opportunity to take control and responsibility for market sectors that have huge growth potential. The role will be 50% new business, 50% account management. The role reports directly into the Sales Director and has the overall objective of increasing the turnover and profitability of the business.
CANDIDATE – AREA SALES MANAGER – GENERATOR HIRE:
Ideally, you will be someone who has exceptional knowledge and experience of KBB furniture sales, proven sales history to housing developers and to be hungry and driven. However, if you have experience of sales with housing developers then you would be considered. You must be a solution based sales-person who has excellent closing skills, account management skills and have the skillset to create new business opportunities.
You must be able to work autonomously and to your own structure as this is a home-based role to cover the South East region. However, strong team interaction skills are required as you will be working within the depot, liaising with the area sales team and your line manager.
It is imperative that you have sales experience with housing developers.
