ROLE - CONTRACTS MANAGER:

An outstanding opportunity has arisen to work for one of the most prestigious scaffolding companies in the UK.  My client is an award winning leading scaffolding contractor that has been involved with many iconic projects across all sectors and successfully completed multi million-pound projects from their strategically placed depots working with a number of blue-chip principal contractors. A decision has been made to appoint a Contracts Manager/Branch Manager to aid their further expansion and continued growth in the Midlands.

You will work alongside and report into the present Regional Director, and you will have the overall objective to increase the turnover and profits of the branch whilst remaining dedicated to the key principals with regard to the welfare of the employees.  You will need experience of construction scaffolding and also have excellent contacts for potential clients. 

You will have full responsibility for the day to day running of the branch and will oversee a workforce of 30+.

The role comes with excellent progression opportunities within the Trad Group and will provide the opportunity for the successful applicant to fulfil any personal ambition within this national organisation.

CANDIDATE – CONTRACTS MANAGER:

It is essential that you have a strong background in the scaffolding industry and will have worked in a similar position in the past.  Ideally you will have customer contacts that will enable you to assist in the growth of the business.

You will have experience of managing contracts, as well as business development, and you must be a strong people manager.
