Role: Head of Sales - POWERED ACCESS SUPPLIER - TRUCK/VAN MOUNTED PLATFORMS

Salary: c£60,000-£65,000 basic, + bonus/package

Head of Sales - Truck/Van Mounted Platforms:

This is an exciting opportunity to join the vehicle mount and specialist division of the UK's leading powered access machinery rental business.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing an effective national sales strategy, to include consistent and well managed sales processes. You will place strong emphasis on the coaching and development of your sales force of 15 individuals (5 direct) across multiple sales channels and sectors, ensuring they are motivated and fully focussed on delivering maximum revenue, through a combination of effective portfolio and territory management.

The role reports directly to the Director of the Specialist Vehicle division. You will have sole responsibility for all sales responsibilities.

Self motivated and driven by the personal need to succeed, you must also demonstrate the ability to combine these attributes with a collaborative approach to all fellow team members. You should prefer to lead by example, whilst recognising the need to both achieve and sustain the buy in of others.

Persuasive and personable, you should have a strong desire and ability to influence at all levels, both fellow team members and customers alike
