Salary/Benefits Package:

£26k-£30k basic (depending on experience) + £5-9K OTE

  1. Role Purpose

To drive sales of 3rd party software licensing, technology design/implementation professional services, asset management services and IT managed services into the Public/Corporate sales team customer base.

The role requires close working with the Account Owners to enable them to spend more time with customers, operating at a more senior level, on larger requirements and focusing on the wider breadth of the Tech Services portfolio.

The role is responsible for working with the Account Owners for managing the sales cycle for deals with a margin value up to £5k, unless the Account Owner wishes to manage it due to strategic importance.

  1. Principal Accountabilities
  • To run the sales process for deals up to £5k in GM for our top 25 accounts
  • Build and maintain a strong and accurate pipeline
  • Deliver forecast accuracy +/- 10%
  • Maximize opportunities across all software vendors/GTMs
  • Supporting the overall delivery of the Public/Corporate Sales team annual target
  • Managing a small territory and associated target

3. Reporting Relationships

  • Directly reports to a Sector Sales Director
  • Strong relationships required with internal colleagues and the ability to manage virtual teams across partners and software vendors.

  • IT Managed Services, Software Asset Management, Software Licensing knowledge and experience is preferred but not essential
