Internal Sales Executive - Scaffolding Hire

Location - Bristol

Salary - £21,000 to £24,000 Basic Salary plus Quarterly Bonus and Pension

Our client is a national provider of non-mechanical access systems, construction equipment and safety products, supplying various market sectors throughout the UK.

An opportunity has become available for an Internal Sales Executive to sell their scaffolding hire services to clients in the local and wider South West area.

The Role - Internal Sales Executive - Scaffolding Hire

Reporting into the Internal Sales Manager, you will be working as part of an internal sales team based within a regional depot, tasked with generating new business for scaffolding hire.

Working towards agreed sales targets, you will handle incoming sales enquiries, converting into an order whenever possible, as well generating new sales opportunities through outbound calls to new, existing and lapsed customers.

Training and ongoing coaching will be provided by the company, to help you achieve your agreed goals & targets within the role and there will be genuine progression opportunities available to you within the business moving forward.

The Candidate - Internal Sales Executive - Scaffolding Hire

The ideal applicant will need to demonstrate the following:

  • Previous sales/telesales experience within the plant & tool hire market
  • Knowledge of scaffolding products
  • Customer focussed
  • Experience of objection handling in a sales environment
  • Professional & friendly telephone manner
  • Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
