Job Description:

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Providing expert guidance to customers driving solution architecture and providing solution strategy, ensuring it is optimally aligned with business strategy.
  • Development of in depth project plans and work breakdown structures.
  • Development of Architecture Specification deliverables mapping customer business requirements (solution / technologies)
  • Technology and business enablement, advising the best practice methods of how to best use IT to drive competitive advantage.
  • Create and implement solution roadmaps with the most relevant infrastructure and technology platform
  • Create product based on a broad knowledge of other technologies and/or alliance product landscape.
  • Ability to complete solution implementation or application design deliverables.
  • Able to adapt, learn quickly and keep up to date with the constant changes in Cloud Services and Mobility and the IT industry overall.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required

  • 3-5 years' experience working for a Microsoft partner or within a small or medium sized organisation implementing complex IT solutions
  • 5 years' customer interaction experience in a consultant, technical delivery or technical leadership role.
  • Key areas of technology experience required (at least one of expert experience and two or more of advanced knowledge):
  • Cloud solutions (Public, Private, Hybrid)
  • Network and Advanced Security in Office 365
  • Business Productivity (SharePoint, Skype for Business, OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams)
  • Exchange, hybrid and O365 pre-sales/high-level design/implementation experience
  • Experience in financial services or other regulated environments would be a bonus (ISO/SOX etc)
  • Strong commercial awareness and ability to interact with both technical departments and CXO
  • Exchange & Messaging Technologies

Desirable skills:

  • Network and Advanced Security in Office 365
  • Skype for Business (Unified Communications & Enterprise Voice)
  • SCCM & Intune (OSD)
  • Enterprise Mobility & Security (EM+S)
  • Experience in all phases of the development lifecycle
  • Experience in formal approaches to development (Agile, MSF),
  • Project management experience (Prince II, PMP)
  • Service management experience (ITIL).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent business acumen and presentation skills
