Role: Learning & Development Manager

LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT MANAGER - AUTOMOTIVE GROUP:
My client is a leading and quickly expanding vehicle sales, rental and leasing company. They are currently undergoing significant growth in both revenue and headcount. A decision has been made to recruit a role for an experienced Learning & Development Manager to assist in their continued growth.
This is an exciting and challenging role, with the opportunity to develop within the company. The role will primarily focus on designing, delivering and reviewing a strategic development and training plan for the business, to be used at all levels within the business in order to create a company-wide culture of excellence. You will also be responsible for coaching and developing staff on a 1-to-1 and a group basis.
CANDIDATE - LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT MANAGER - AUTOMOTIVE GROUP:
Ideally, you will come from a related background, with 2 years experience in automotive, logistics, vehicle rental, vehicle leasing or a related industry. You will also need at least 2 years experience in a Learning & Development Management position, or similar, and if you have people management experience that would be seen as beneficial.
You must be able to work autonomously and to your own structure but also work well in a team. You will need to be a strong character as you will be dealing with the team at all levels.
