REGIONAL SALES MANAGER - POWERED ACCESS RENTAL

Location - to cover the North West, ideally based in the Manchester or Liverpool area

Salary - £35,000 to £43,000 Basic Salary plus Quarterly Bonus, Company Car, Pension, Private Healthcare, Life Cover, Mobile Phone, Laptop and 25 Days Holiday

Role - Regional Sales Manager - Powered Access Rental:

Our client is a leading international rental company, specialising in boom lifts, scissor lifts, telehandlers and vertical lifts. Having grown to be one of the leading providers of working at height equipment, they continuously invest in people, quality and innovation, so that they can provide their customers with the best possible service where ever they are in the country.

An opportunity has arisen for an engaging and hands on Regional Sales Manager, to be responsible for the development of profitable and sustainable equipment rental activities, in line with the overall business sales strategy and budget for major projects.

Reporting into the National Sales Manager and managing your own small sales team in the North West, you will be responsible for maximizing new business opportunities, whilst also developing strong, long lasting business relationships with both new and existing customers.

Through the management and motivation of your sales team, plus your own sales generation, it will be your responsibility to drive regional sales revenue and create a performance led culture.

Candidate - Regional Sales Manager - Powered Access Rental:

The ideal candidate will need to demonstrate the following to be successful in this role:

  • Sales background in powered access rental or general plant hire
  • Sales team management experience
