Regional Sales Manager - Yorkshire and Teesside

£30k-£35k Salary (potential for negotiation based on experience) + uncapped bonus, car, pension, benefits,

Our client is a well-respected business who provide a range of products that are designed to aid mobility, independence and improve daily life for the elderly and less able. They are a growing organisation who are looking for relationship-driven and solutions-focussed regional sales managers to help them with increasing their presence in key geographic areas.

The clients products include Stairlifts, Slings, Hoists, Shower Chairs, Bed Systems, and Furniture, which they sell predominantly through Occupational Therapists, District Nurses, Physiotherapists, Nursing Homes, and through well-known industry retailers.

Targets and expectations are for someone to bring in a combination of new business and sales through existing channels, which roughly comes from 70% existing clients and 30% from new clients. Given the amount of business which comes from existing clients, someone who gives excellent client care and who is focussed on developing client relationships would be preferred.

We are actively looking for RSM's in Yorkshire, and Teesside, but we would consider candidates in other regions to drive the company's growth.

Candidates with relevant experience in allied sectors would be considered based on their knowledge of the client base this role is targeting, knowledge of the products, prior success in a sales/business development/account management role, attitude and perceived capability, as well as how quickly they could realistically hit the ground running.
