Regional Sales Manager - Equipment Manufacturer

Location: Scotland, North-East England & Cumbria

Salary: c£40,000 to £45,000 plus car, annual bonus and pension scheme

Role - Regional Sales Manager -:

My client is a leading manufacturer of Construction and Agricultural equipment globally across 600 different dealers internationally. They are looking to recruit a proven Regional Sales Manager to look after their Dealer Network across Scotland, North-East England & Cumbria.

This is an exciting and challenging role, as it will oversee a busy dealer network, as well as occasional direct sales. The Regional Sales Manager will work to implement the company's sales plans and strategies across the region for construction and agricultural products. The Regional Sales Manager is expected to analyse the business and sales trends within the region to suggest the best approaches to meet sales targets.

The role will report directly into a UK Sales Manager.

Candidate - Regional Sales Manager - :

The successful applicant will need to demonstrate the following:

  • Proven sales experience
  • Experience successfully selling telehandlers or similar construction or agricultural machinery before for a manufacturer
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Proven history of developing sales within a dealer network
  • Good communication skills both verbally & written
  • Good planning and preparation skills
  • High level of integrity and trust
