Job Title: SALES DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE (Software Solutions)

Salary: £30-35k BASIC + £10-15Kote

Territory: London and Home counties (Home-Based)

We are currently looking for a new Sales Development Representative (SDR) who will be responsible for all prospecting activities for within the territory. This is a home-based/remote position.

What you will do as our new Sales Development Representative

  • Conduct extensive research to identify prospects
  • Generate new business opportunities from inbounds and outbound leads
  • Work with marketing to develop and drive lead generation campaigns
  • Use a mixture of outreach methods including cold calls, emails, and social media
  • Manage and track leads in our CRM (Salesforce)
  • Work closely with other members of the sales team to qualify opportunities
  • Understand our offerings and effectively communicate them to prospects
  • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly quotas and objectives

If you answer 'yes' to the following, you'd be a great fit for Sales Development Representative position

  • Proven track record of generating new business opportunities and achieving targets
  • Experience working/selling enterprise software and SaaS
  • Strong phone presence, comfortable in outbound cold calling and making a high volume of calls per day
  • Hunter mentality, proactive and self-motivated
  • Genuine interest in a high-tech sales career
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise and manage time effectively
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English
  • BA/BS Degree or Equivalent

  • Experience working in a dynamic and challenging, growing start-up environment
  • Experience working remotely
  • Solid understanding of web, enterprise and SaaS technologies
  • Additional languages
