Sales Representative - Rail Products
My client is a leading provider of temporary access solutions incorporating Roadways, Walkways, Pitch Cover, Floating Pontoons & Rail Access products. They have rapidly grown their Rail Access products sector, and a decision has been made to recruit an exceptional Sales Representative to help further this growth.
The overriding objective of this role is to grow the sales/revenue of the business throughout Scotland, with a particular focus on targeting rail contractors to sell their range of rail access products. The role will be a customer facing role, so you will be expected to travel throughout the region when required.
You will be someone who has proven rail experience. This does not necessarily have to be from a sales background, but someone who is well connected within the rail industry, with the drive to do well in sales would be an ideal candidate.
The most important factor is finding the correct character and finding someone who is commercially astute with the drive, resilience and robustness to handle and succeed in such a role.
You must be able to work autonomously and to your own structure as this is a home-based role, however, strong team interaction skills are required as you will be working closely with the operations side of the business as well as the Sales Manager who you will report into.
You must be able to cover Scotland as required.
