SALES SUPPORT EXECUTIVE - COMMERCIAL FURNITURE

Location - Central London

Salary - circa £20,000 Basic Salary plus Pension and 20 Days Holiday

Role - Sales Support Executive - Commercial Furniture:

Our client is one of the UK's leading suppliers of contemporary commercial furniture for the airport, hotel, restaurant and leisure markets. They are a creative, fun and fast-moving business, based in a brand-new head office & showroom in Central London, with good transport links and onsite parking.

Due to their continued success and the volume of incoming new sales enquiries, a brand-new position has been created for a Sales Support Executive, who will work alongside the Business Development Manager and be part of a growing sales team, with genuine future progression opportunities.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Administrative duties
  • Respond promptly to new enquiries
  • Calculating costs accurately and generating quotes
  • Liaising with clients and suppliers
  • Assisting with presentations
  • Making appointments & diary management
  • Ensuring that paperwork is prepared for the sales team
  • Updating clients' details on our CRM system
  • Maintaining the filing system
  • Maintaining the sample library & showroom
  • Researching products
  • New business research

Candidate - Sales Support Executive - Commercial Furniture:

The ideal applicant for this role will demonstrate the following:

  • Previous administrative support experience in a commercial environment
  • Previous experience in the furniture or interior design industry
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent numeracy skills
  • Good communication skills - spoken & written
  • Proficient IT skills with Intermediate to Advanced MS Office Suite - Word, Excel & Outlook
  • Experience of use of databases (ideally Access)
  • Ability to multitask and ability to prioritise tasks
  • Good time-keeping
