Hire & Sales Coordinator / Telesales - Plant Hire
Location - Staffordshire (this is an office-based role)
Salary - £20,000 to £22,000 Basic Salary plus Bonus and Pension
Our client is a leading provider of hire products and supporting services to the construction, industrial and infrastructure sectors. They have a network of over 200 depots across the UK and Ireland, and over 3000 people who offer a nationwide service and look after one of the largest hire fleets in the market.
They now have an immediate requirement for a number of Hire & Sales Executives, who will work in a highly customer focussed role and be responsible for developing new sales opportunities.
The Role - Hire & Sales Coordinator / Telesales - Plant Hire:
Reporting into the Hire Desk Manager, you will be working as part of an internal sales team based at this regional depot, speaking to customers about their plant hire requirements, specifically for general plant, fencing, powered access and power generation equipment.
Working towards agreed sales targets, you will handle incoming sales enquiries, converting into an order whenever possible, as well generating new sales opportunities through outbound calls to new, existing and lapsed customers.
Training and ongoing coaching will be provided by the company, to help you achieve your agreed goals & targets within the role.
