We are pleased to announce that Stuart Brown will be joining the main Kevin Edward Group as Director and who brings with him over 15yrs of recruitment experience having worked as Sales Director and MD of two leading executive search brands. Moving from our sister company, Pinpoint Search, Stuart’s main area of focus will be on developing and growing our brand both Nationally and Internationally as well as leading our teams of specialist consultants across our four locations of Leeds, London, Liverpool and Redcar. Stuart’s wider remit is to develop several key new markets and to double our number of repeat clients, as well as to lead on our hires at management, board level, and C-level.
‘The move into the overall Group represents a fantastic opportunity for me as we look to build on what is an already established business with great people and a great name in recruitment. With four offices covering the North East, North West, Yorkshire and the South East we feel we perfectly situated to be able to offer our clients a truly hands on, bespoke recruitment solution as we continue to grow our reputation for providing a consistently great service.
This National coverage also presents us with a further opportunity to engage with a wider network of talented recruiters in line with our partnership model; this is based on our supporting entrepreneurial recruiters (including current KE Employees) who are thinking of making the first steps into starting their own company but maybe require the support of a larger group in doing so. My own business, Pinpoint Search, was a JV with the KE Group so I speak from first-hand experience when talking up the benefits of being able to make key decisions, have a healthier work life balance and genuinely be on control in the success or failure of the business.
Our ultimate ambition over the course of the next 3-5yrs is to continue to build a company that offers genuine stand out service to both our clients and candidates and that internally promotes an environment whereby all of our people have a choice in what their current and future career looks like’
